FCCVi featured in the Latrobe Valley Express

We are thrilled to share that the Filipino Community Council of Victoria, Inc. (FCCVI) has been featured in the Latrobe Valley Express Newspaper for our recent expansion into the Latrobe Valley Region! 📰✨

This milestone is close to our hearts—it is a meaningful step toward bringing our community even closer together and ensuring that Filipino-Australian families and the multicultural communities in regional Victoria feel supported, connected, and seen. 💙🇵🇭

A special highlight of this initiative is our meaningful partnership with Foodbank Victoria, which empowers us to work hand-in-hand in tackling food insecurity. Together, we are able to provide fresh, nutritious pantry items to families in need—nurturing not just bodies, but hope and dignity within our community.

We are deeply grateful to Harriet Shing MP for her warm welcome and heartfelt visit to our FCCVI Morwell Hub. It was a meaningful opportunity to share our advocacy, highlight our initiatives, and explore ways to foster a more inclusive and supportive multicultural community in the region.

This milestone reflects our vision of a united, inclusive, and empowered Filipino-Australian and multicultural community across regional Victoria. Thank you to everyone who continues to champion our mission! 🙌
