A team of experienced officers from the Department of Home Affairs will be onsite in Broadmeadows on Monday, 30 June 2025 to chat with clients about their visa status/options as well as provide any information regarding the services they can provide.

The hours open to clients will be 11:00am to 5:00pm. This is a FREE service and a safe space to ask your immigration questions.

*** Just a reminder that officers are unable to speak about specifics of a clients’ case with anyone except the client themselves. If the client requiring assistance is not present, officers can only provide general advice. ***
